Thanks for your info about Brighton.
Have just got in after leaving home at 8.45 this am, went by train, spent the morning in North Laine & The Lanes, had lunch in an excellent cafe whose name escapes me, then on to the seafront and pier. Took a bus down to the Marina when it started to rain and then finished off back in the centre for some more retail therapy.
Daughter off out now, Mum is going to soak her feet, have a nice cup of tea and do DT Crossword.
BLISS!

I have also just got back from Brighton (wet and windy - the weather not me) and went to a FAB restaurant, only open in the daytime called BILL'S near The Royal Pavilion. Good value, fresh food cooked on premises and such a quirky place !! Looks like a greengrocer's when you walk and and you have to queue but it's worth it ABers. Brilliant.
