Women's swimming costume

Does anyone know if it is possible to buy a costume that has short sleeves rather than straps? I need to hide the top of my arm.

I know its not quite a swimsuit but there are lots of different varieties - all in ones with arms, tops and separate bottoms etc..

In the fashion at the moment are swimming costumes that have a normal bikini bottoms but a short sleeved t-shirt top I forgot what they are called now but they are for teenagers/young women and I do not know your age so I do not know whether they are suitable for you but it would bo worth a try.Apologies for the bad punctuation.
