i ordered an adult toy online,3-4 weeks ago, the money was taken from my bank within minutes of me placing the order . but it hasnt come and the site are not replying to my mails or phone calls. any suggestions?

It could well be a scam. I remember reading a while ago about people sending money off for an adult toy that was advertised, of course it never arrived and people were to embarassed to telephone the police to report it.

you should always use a company you know or has been recommended to you by others. it might be a scam or there just waiting for stock to come in, in which case you have to allow 28days.

Go to trading standards. These companies rely on embarrassment and thats how they carry on trading. I knew a guy that went to ts about a hard core movie that was too tame. Awarded �200
