Wifes 30th Birthday!
10 Answers
Hi all. My wife hits the big 3 0 in a couple of weeks; now she spent a lot for mine a couple of years ago (flights to Denver to meet a good friend). My problem is however that we have a 3month old baby so a trip away is probably not a great idea, trouble is I'm struggling for other ideas. Can anybody help a man in need please?!!

Jewellery is a good idea but you could do all the housework for a weekend, cook all the meals etc etc. and start to plan something extra special for when the baby is a little older.

I think an Eterniy ring is a wonderful idea and not tight at all. I think a spa break is a great idea too and yes i would have welcomed it when my children were younger though maybe only one night or hows about filling the house with flowers and getting caterers in to prepare a meal for you both in your own home and a mobile beautician/hairdresser to pamper your wife while the caterers cook. What about a new car? A hot tub for the garden? Are there any of the red letter day experiences she would enjoy ..... hot air balloon ride, parachute, car racing etc?
Hi my answers not flashy or expensive its just thoughtful my friend has a site www.saysomethingspecial.co.uk you can do like an online announcement like what you see in the back of newspapers except its alot cheaper why not do something like that for her. All you need is a nice pic of her and some lovely words sure you can think of something special. My fiance had our first son 19 months ago and wasn't comfortable leaving him with a sitter for the first 6+ months I'm sure your wife would enjoy something that actually involved your new baby. Good luck.
