How much would it be to ask a dressmaker to make a dress for me?
Nothing too dressy like for a wedding, just a simple knee length dress as evening wear

Dressmakers who advertise in Yellow pages etc would charge quite a bit. Why not have a look in local newspapers also advertisements in shop windows. I`d ask around as there could be someone in your area that does it.

hi on average dress makers charge anything from 90gbp to 210. i have worked in a few. where are you based i know loads of excellent ones in liverpool but dont know if thats too far out???
