E-bay payment dilema

Last Monday (4th) i paid for an item on e-bay that i need for this coming sunday (17th), it was a postal order sent 1st class. I expected the parcel to be on it's way to me but a few days later the seller sent me a payment reminder! I was surprised and e-mailed back to let her know that i had paid. She replied just to say that she would chase it up... Since then i've heard nothing, i am really anxious as i need the item for a certain date and have paid and don't know if i will receive it in time. I have e-mailed the person 3 more times very politely asking if she could post to me as i have paid and have the receipt to say so. She has not been in contact since the other day... What can i do?

The first thing I would do is get her contact details from ebay and call her.

Thanks for replies, how do i get her number from e-bay and how do i check if the postal order was cashed?

Hi..a day late but maybe a help.When you go to pay on Ebay it normally has the seller's contact details on the left...have a look.Sorry don't know about postal orders and whether you can check if they are cashed or not.Good luck.
