I lost an earring last weekend (not a cheap one either), and would like some advice on whether I should find a jeweller who can make up a second one. Would be very similar? Would it be really costly?
Any help would be most welcome.

It depends where you are based, but if in London you could try any of the jewellers in the Hatton Garden area.
