Eugene Renard Watches

Does anybody know where I can get my boyfriends Eugene Renard watch face replaced? I am unable to go via the manufacturer as the watch was bought from a third-party as opposed to the website.
I am desperate to replace it as it was my fault it broke (asked him the time and he dropped the watch on a tile floor, to top it off I was wearing a watch at the time that he had bought me - oops!)
Any advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

if its under guarentee then it would be still covered by the manufacturer no matter where you got it, as long as you have proof of purchase, other than that I hate to suggest it try H Samuels, when I worked there we were able to fix or send away any make.
