USB vinyl to mp3 turntable
2 Answers
My uncle has a stack of old records that I would love to copy to CD for him. I noticed a USB vinyl to mp3 turntable on iwantoneofthose.com. As i wasn't looking to spend 120, does any1 know of a cheaper alternative?

If so, all you need is a special little box that you plug your turntable into via the phono leads, and then plugs directly into the line in on your computer. One of these phono/line converters can be bought for around 30 quid (I actually have one I'm able to sell if you like?) Then all you need is some free recording software and you're away.
