how to order personalized gifts

ok.. when my boyfriend was a senior in high school he loves his football team religiously. The boys had the opportunity to buy their helmets, and he did but he wanted his jersey. A friend of his got one made and personalized with THEIR team name on it and number and last name and everything and i wanted to do the same for my boyfriend but the only places i can find that do that put your last name on a pro football team's jersey.. like an NFL player and i want to put HIS team and number on it and everything.. does anyone know where i can do that? if so please let me know a website or anything that will help me find what im looking for. Thank you for the help.
