Swap Sites on Internet

Have you ever used one, and would you recommend it ? How do they work if they are free?

I use Freecycle, it isn't exactly a swap site, but you can advertise unwanted items and requests items that you need. I love it and have got many a decent item!!! I am assuming that you are in the UK and nearly all areas/towns have a freecycle group, have a look at the link and see what you think!

I have loads of Per Una type clothes, that I can't seem to sell on eBay, I thought perhaps I could swop with people who have things I need ..
