hi i recently purchased some boots from seller on ebay with excellent reputation. Wondered where items were so checked on my order and saw hundreds of terrible feedbacks on the seller and that the seller was no longer reistered on ebay. Have been contacted by many other lovely people who have suffered the same problem with the same dealer and it seems there is no way to get our money back. If anyone has any advice or tips can you please let me know! xx
I had a problem were someone carried out a fraudulent transaction on my paypal account, so u go on ur paypal account and go to the resolution centre and email them, n they sort everything out!
You can get your money straight back if you paid with PayPal, otherwise I am not sure what you can do. Have to emailed Ebay? They are usually very helpful dealing with problems but do tend to favour the sellers. PayPal favours the buyer. I am not sure why they are not the same as Ebay owns PayPal.
You only get money bac through Paypal if the price is over 50, i was done for 26 when i bought something from a crook and then found out after 4 weeks of trying to get a refund he was no longer ebay registered.
Thats happened to me aswel! The dealer is no longer registered on ebay and their account with paypal has been cancelled and it seems my claim cannot be properly sorted out through paypal now. Luckily i paid 50.50 so hopefully will get it back. Thank you all for your help I just hope people stop ripping other people off through ebay! x
