Ebay question

I won on an item I was bidding for, I went to the payment page and there wasnt an address for the seller, it said email them and I did, but I didnt receive a reply, that was almost a week ago. What will happen will he negative feedback me even though I tried to contact him or just relist the product.

I'm not sure how he can even be on there without a registered address - have never come across this sort of problem before!

You should email Ebay immediately (you can find details on the help pages) and tell them everything. They are usually very helpful and will get back to you within 24 hours

Thanks, I will try that. I found it strange aswell, like I said when I got to the payment page and then the address, it just said email the seller to get this. I think it sounds dodgy.

a lot of sellers on ebay do the same,if he does not reply to your email,there might be a reason,ie away,or ill,etc,go to help page and request his contact info then ring him.

Try e-mailing him again, and if there is still no response get in touch with e-Bay and they will either give you his telephone number for you to contact directly or they will deal with it for you, hope you manage to sort it out.

I emailed him again last night but still havent had any reply, I will give him another few days to get back in touch and then I will contact ebay like you guys suggested. Thanks again for the advice.
