billing address

ok I am living in Italy at the moment I have a "rechargeable" debit card meaning it has no account I go and deposit money on the card and can use as much as in on it and no more.

I want to make an online order and they ask me to register and say that my first delivery must be to my billing address.

Problem one: i am going to england in a few days and don't think it will get here in time.

Problem 2: they don't deliver to Italy

I can have it sent to the friend I will be staying with would i have any problem if I did this ? the card works on the visa circuit. I did order a cd on amazon and messed up a bit and gave my dads adress as the billing address by mistake as that is where it was to be sent and it went ok

Eh???? Not sure what your query is about but.........
1. Why don't buy your purchase in a shop in England on your visit ?
2. If they don't deliver to Italy don't order!!!! Choose another online site
3. If they say that the delivery must be to your billing address then that is where your delivery must be - no quibble!

well i want a camera card backup hard disk, i don't know if these are readily available. There are not many on the net as it is. I ordered on amazon and they did not demand that my first order be delivered to my billing address.

this company (wharehouse express) demand that my first order be to my billing address. I think have just lost a customer as amazon has the same device for the same price
