Here we were both watching the shopping channel QVC when up popped a collagen skin product for 99 plus p&p. The saleswomen said there was a 30 day policy of returning unwanted products.
The question is what do they do with these returned products especially the one above which could never be recycled for future use and wouldn't it just encourage some to make use of the product for just the cost of the p&p?

I know that QVC has got an Factory Outlet for returned items, but have never given any thought to what they do with things like face creams and foods etc as once they have been opened and used they are potentially contaminated and surely can't be re-sold even at a reduced price. Good question and I hope someone on here can tell us as I would now be interested to find out the answer.
