mis-sold 3 mobile phone contract advice please

3 have ripped me off by offering me a contract (500 minutes, 200 texts, �14pm for 18 months) but when ive received my bill I'm being charged �25 pm, for 500 mins and 100 texts. I wrote down what I was being sold, and told the telesales guy to call me back after half an hour, when i asked point blank '' do i get etc, etc'' after it was all confirmed that I was definitely getting the quoted deal i agreed, but now find Ive been had! Is there anything I can do about it?

I was in a similar situation with 3 when they told me I would get 6 months of half price line rental, but when my first bill came it was full price, so I rang them up and told them about the mistake and they rectified it straight away and offered a total of 9 months half price line rental.

So I would suggest calling them, as it loooks like a error on their part. Also, I think they say they record their calls so if they deny that you were made the offers, they can always check the recorded call.

thanks for that! fingers crossed it'll be sorted; I rang them and am awaiting a call from a superviser, apparently they had all of my details wrong; even the phone I had received as part of the contract!
