if you buy 15$ worth of goods from usa how much will it cost me for customs,vat and courier this end? thanks

As long as the goods aren't subject to excise duty (which basically means alcohol and tobacco), there'll will be nothing to pay when your goods are delivered. You can import goods with a value of less than �18 without incurring charges.
