Buying Second Hand Electrical Products

I'm looking for a small LCD TV (specifically a 26" Toshiba Regza) for our bedroom but I was wondering if I could find a better deal second hand. Therefore where is the best place/s to buy second hand electrical products both online or on the 'high street'.

Some charity shops sell second hand electricals, all of which are/must be PAT tested before sale. That would probably be the cheapest option
