Want to get one for my husband for Christmas and no-one seems to have any unless I pay �300!!

try argos, just tried my local one online, they have one for �179.97 plus a sports game instock.

hi. i tried getting one a couple of weeks ago, looked everywhere, and the only one that had any left was a little gaming shop called 'thatz entertainment' consol comes with wii sports game, and the rest of their games are at least a fiver cheaper than game!! not sure if you have a thatz entertainment near you but they have a website, think its www.thatzentertainment.com ( or co.uk) good luck. trust me, he'll love it, my boyf hasnt stopped playing with his since he got it! x

they may not have them in stock but are likely to have stock before xmas. If you leave it too late then waiting lists will be too long.

If you order via woolies website you also have option of delivery to home or store.

The help section on the Studio website says they do accept orders online.Did you encounter some sort of problem when you tried to buy it?
I am keeping a close eye on this thread as i'm also after a Wii for my 10 year old son for Christmas.Good luck in your search sally.

Ive just had a look on amazon for you but theyre starting from �273! Nearly �100 more than other places. Like red has said, put your name down on a waiting list now and you shouldnt be dissappointed!

I told my boyfriend I wanted a wii.......... he told me to go to the toilet :( Not funny, I really want one but baby coming in February has to take priority. Bah humbug!

psychick, you just tell him itll prevent you from screaming and shouting when in labour if youre playing tennis instead.

They are great fun, id recommend them to anyone but be prepared to be a wii widow for a bit.

Think it may take me 9 months to get a wii and its hard labour too!! I would stick to enjoying Psychickette instead!!

They don't sell Wii's to consumers but if you put in your postcode then it will show all the nearest locations to you which they have supplied Wii's to. Hope this helps.

Otherwise you might have to resort to a waiting list or perhaps eBay.... or perhaps a speedboat to numb the pain of not getting a Wii ? :P
