Help! eBay emergency!

i recently purchased these boots of eBay:

i paid for them on thursday and its been more than a week! and they still haven't arrived! now the eBay user has cancelled their account - what shall i do!!!!!!!

not sure if there is anything you can do. have you contacted e bay as some items come with payment protection

I am having the same problem. I paid for some mens slipper on the 9th Oct. Never got them and the seller has now cancelled his account. If you paid through paypal then you can start action as items are covered up to �500. Other than that its hopeless, this is where ebay lets you down. Sorry I can't be of much help but I have given up on getting my money back.

well it does say protection up to �150 on this item - does that mean that i can get my (or at least some) money back?

Today, YES Sunday at 10a.m., I received a parcel from Royal Mail (signed for service) that had been sent on Friday 2nd. November. Now this is something from my supplier that I have been waiting for daily since Saturday 3rd. Nov but with it not coming all week I`ve had to duplicate the order which I got on Friday 9th. to send out to my customers.

SO - do not dispair, it may turn up.

Ive had people go mad because they havent received and item within a few days. Royal mail can take 2 weeks to deliver.

If you havent had them in 2 weeks go down the paypal route.
