Finding the right salesperson to help

Does anyone have a recommendation for finding the most experienced salesperson? For example, when I walk into a men's clothiers, finding the person with the most experience and not just the new, eager person can be challenging.

Why do you need the most experienced sales person - can't you just walk into a shop, say 'have you got these in a large please?', try them on and then take them to the cash desk and pay?

Are you going into specialised shops or am I missing something here?

Look for the person who looks the most relaxed/comfortable in their work environment they've prob been there the longest although thats not to say they are the most experienced. just look totally helpless and ramble around the clothing isles and the most confident assistant will approach you and as opended questions i.e. not a yes no ans..they will be the best SALESperson
