Overcharged at an online shop. What should i do?

I purchased an item from a website in America; the product value was around �32 + �1.50 for conversion charges. My account seems to be down approx �67. This would lead me to believe that I have been charged three times for the item (overcharged twice). At the moment the transactions haven't appeared on my online statement, only what my available balance is. I should be able to tell in the next few days when the transactions appear on my statement. . If this has happened to me what actions should I take? Bearing in mind this is a visa debit card.
