I have a problem, basically I need to buy a pair of above jeans as I have damaged somebody elses pair - and low and behold they have recently been discontinued. I have checked local RI shops and Ebay everyday for a month and cannot find any. Anyone have any suggestions?

Yes Greenfly - own up to it. Even if you could find a replacement, it wouldn't be the same as the original pair. Accidents happen, so although the person you borrowed them from probably won't be very happy, I'm sure that if you offered to pay for them, it'd go some way to making amends. I have a rule never to lend any clothes, and in return don't borrow. Problem solved - so i just hope your friend's understanding.
