I intend not using the free plastic bags given by Supermarkets. Does anyone know where I can get one of those huge bags that fit inside the trolley, to just lift out into the car boot?
I havent seen them before, however, I DO see people using clear plastic boxes.
Great Idea if you have a car.
My daughters school has just started doing a thing with Asda, if you re-use your carrier bags you get a voucher that goes towards something or other for the school. However, I have to say, I am guilty of using them for rubbish.
Let us know if you get one of those huge bags that you speak of, where you got it from and how much. Sounds like a great idea.
Beware of buying a bag which is too heavy to lift when it is full. I made that mistake many years ago. Fruit and veg and bags of flour or sugar, soon weigh it down.
Waitrose do a really good big bag, with a zip, and I got two other bags from lakeland that clip in the trolley, and have a token to put in the trolley instead of a pound coin. Both bags are very good .
