I haven't been to Bath for over a year, so I hope it's still there, but there used to be a vintage clothes shop at the top of Milsom street on the left hand side (looking down Milsom Street). It's quite near Culpepper's as I recall. They're bound to have a good selection of long gloves. Of course you may prefer to buy new, but sometimes you can pick up some super buys going down the vintage route. Good luck.
