Can't afford the optician at the moment so I want some new specs for reading which are 'ready to wear'. Where can I get a pair that don't look like something out of the NHS forty years ago? Those wire frame ones make me look 92.

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.costco do great reading specs - pack of 3 for about �15 and lots of choice of good modern styles. i have about 9 or more pairs of these dotted all over the house, in all my coat pockets, car, handbag, etc., so i'm never without a pair. i only have prescription ones for reading in bed, and a different prescription for tv watching.
