Ebay seller advice required.
19 Answers
I am looking to buy some items on ebay-maily childrens trainers which are very expensive in sports shops but are a lot cheaper on ebay.
I have come across a seller and would like to know if anyone can verify the goods are genuine as a lot of items dont have boxes supplied with them.
I ask this because I have been told in the past that a lot of goods sold on ebay are in fact fake.
I am unsure as to whether or not I can include the sellers name on this post?
Thanks in advance

Difficult.
The seller is breaking the law as she is a business seller and is not giving the full address anywhere in the listing as required to under the Distance Selling Regs.
Also she charges a restocking fee - again illegal and she states if the goods are returned, the refund will be minus all postage costs and eBay fees. Again illegal.
She also wants payment within 3 days. This is against eBay rules which gives the buyer 7 days.
All of this would put me off buying. I have passed the link to somebody I trust for their opinion re the fake.
Her feedback is good though, two negs in 12 months and no mention of fakes.
