Dear all

I'm trying to find a store that does those gloves/mittens that we used to have as kids, you know the woolen ones with both mitten ends and the fold over full end? They were sometimes on string that went through the back of your coat.

Does anyone know of some shops who still sell these?

Any help as always greatly appreciated!

I've seen these in Accessorise although they don't have the string on them. My mum used to knit them for me when I was a kid....
do you want them for adults or for kids?

A colleague has those but without the string - they look like fingerless gloves but have a button over flap that turns them into mittens to keep your fingers warm - she wears them as fingerless in the office, then as mittens when outdoors.
You can get them in most highstreet stores in winter season. i have had many pairs over the last few years (Without string, but thats easily attached) however, depending on how young we are talking you may struggle. i cant think of anywhere that do smaller sized ones, other then possibly new look (kids section) or Clare's Accessories?

hope this helps
Saw some in tesco last night
