Gimmick arm extension thingy

I saw in one of the gimmicky mags that comes through your door with all the xmas pressies etc an arm extension. I always hav a laugh at my dad when he can't hold a piece of paper far enough away to read, and this thing looked like an arm c/w hand adn clothes (jumper shirt etc) on the end that grips the paper, so that he can "extend" his arm length for reading! ha ha ha genius, does anyone know where I can get one of these as I chucked the thing out with it on.......
