argos refund..

yesterday i bought an item out of argos with my maestro card and literally about 5minutes later i went back to refund it. it was refunded fine and the receipt says the money will be put back in my account but its not in it yet.. i was just wondering does anybody know how long it usually takes?

probably about 2 to 3 days

normally that sort of thing would be a couple of days and at least you did it instore so have the receipt.

a friend of mine has been waiting 4 weeks for a refund after buying online. Every time shes called shes been assured its been done just that day, after 3 weeks of calling she was finally told that they cant authorise refund to her card and were going to send her a cheque!

shes still waiting.

awh thanks! so much hassle.. they are quick to take the money but when ur owed its a different story.. :(
