will i have to pay import taxes on a used watch?

Yes, I agree with the last poster, be careful of fakes. There are lots of honest sellers on ebay, but also lots of people selling counterfeit goods, like handbags for example. So be sure to look at the feedback record of whoever you buy it from. Good luck. Merry Christmas.
