i'm going to my friends wedding in northern finland at the end of february, can anyone tell me of a good pair of boots that will keep my feet warm?

If you're thinking of going walking anywhere with heavy snow go for Columbia Bugaboo boots. They are rated to minus 40deg celcius, and are waterproof, plus are reasonably priced!
