Oasis exchange

Does anyone know if the clothes shop Oasis except exchanges without the reciept?

i ordered an item from the internet for my birthday party which didnt fit, managed to track down a store that have the next size up, but they will only hold it until tonight and that means i cant go home to get the dispatch note otherwise i wont get there before they shut!!

Your post makes absolutely no sense.

If you bought goods on the internet, you have rights under the Distance Selling Regulations which means you can return goods for any reason whatsoever for a full refund provided you inform the company of your intention to do so within 7 days and return the item in the state you received as soon as is practicable.

So, you can buy the item from the shop and return the original one to whence you bought it.

dont worry, they exchanged it over anyway.

basically i didnt have time to send back the one i ordered online as i need it for friday, so had to go into store to exchange the item but didnt know whether they would do it without the dispatch note, but they did.
