Shoes for Premature toddler

I need to buy some shoes for a preature toddler (2yrs old). She is walking about but is only a size 2 shoe. Where can I buy this size shoe suitable for walking and reasonably priced

some brantana stores have clarks shoes too. the cruisers would be fine for her to walk in, and light too.
