I can't get any toothbrush refill heads for the Vitality range, plenty for Oral B. Where can I get them or should I just buy a new toothbrush??

Hi Smurf

Try Ebay - I have just looked there is one with 2 bids up to �1.20 on it.

Its under the heading of 'Oral B Vitality Replacement'.

All the Oral B brush heads will fit a Vitality brush (only the Sonic ones may not, I'm not sure). I have one and I use the Pro-bright heads.
