Providing you call before 6pm you should get the helpful and charming Amazon Staff in Cork,Eire.
Sadly if you call after 6pm you will get an anonymous call centre in India,who(going by my experience) cannot help you if you ask anything out of the ordinary.
If you can find the phone number box on the help page,you enter your phone number then submit,and the Amazon system calls you back at no charge to you.
In 4 years of using Amazon,I have only had to call them once.
