If an item is advertised at a certain price in a catalogue , and when delivered has this price on a ticket attached to it , can the company charge me a higher price , stating that the advertised price was wrong ?
This sort of question was on TV last night. If the item has been delivered to you, then they can't ask for more. If they turn up at your door and ask for more for the item before handing it over, then yes, they can.
