Where can I find some smart trousers for a tall ish girl

I have been looking for the last week for some smart, fashionable, bootcut/flared trousers in a 34ins leg size 16/18 - depending on the cut and shop. I have found none. Next have two beautiful pairs, ideally I want the fabric to be fairly thick so they hang well (like the sort you get in GAP), but there idea of tall is a 31ins leg - which sounds ridiculous to me when in 2009 most women are 5 foot 6 plus (they do have a TALL section which again only goes up to 33ins leg). Or at least they women I know are lol. I have tried new look, bhs, evans, dorothy perkins, gap, next, asos, warehouse etc...

Any suggestions where I can find a pair of beautiful trousers for my interview next week.

have you a MK ONE near you, i am size 16 but only 27in inside leg, and always get my fit there

Thanks for all your answers so far - yes I have tried Evans, ASOS, new look, bhs, dorothy perkins, gap, next etc... Unfortunately MK one went bust so we do not have one near by =(

Have you tried the ones in next on? I am 5 10 and have a 33 inch inside leg and find the long are fine - they also do an extra long which a friend with a 35 inch inside leg finds perfect and their tall version totally swamped me - even in heels, they were dragging about 3 inches too long!

Have you tried M&S the larger stores they do different lengths or Simply B on line.

Try Wallis. There sizes are generous as well.

Can't help, but you do have my sympathies, I have trouble finding trousers with 32inch waist and 37 inside leg!

Try eating a few pies to get to a 36 inch waist Chuck and you should have no problem :-)

Go to Wallis as soon as you can, I like well cut trousers and now that I am not working can not afford anything too expensive but always get a really fab pair or two when I go to Wallis. You will definately have a great choice. Their trousers come really long. Good luck with the interview.
