I bought something from ebay that i don't believe is genuine what should i do?

First report it to Ebay and go through theyre procedure. If this doesnt resolve it go to trading standards.

Depends what it is!
If it is a dvd film go to FACT.

its a chamilia disney bead, i have seen it in a jewellers and it looks alot smaller, it has mickeys head on it 4 times but it isn't the right shape also the hallmark (Disney R cham 925) isn't straight, but i haven't seen a chamilia hallmark to know for sure.
