is this any good? a coffee table leg come out of socket ie screws in, it has weakened so thinking of glueing it with this, is it strong enough to hold do you think?

I would use Araldite, which is strong enough to hold just about anything. Be sure to mix the stuff really thoroughly and be patient with the setting time, and the repair will outlast the table
