Can anyone let me know of the best product do get my hair really shiny, like Katy off Emmerdale. It's blonde but very blocky dull blonde if that makes sense?

hi chick do u have a francesscos or a really good hair salon by u ? i have my hair done at the trainee hair college for francesscos and i am trying to achieve a perfect light blonde. they recommended something called silver shampoo probably by sp. it actually takes the warm brassy colours out of the blonde to leave ur hair radiant! around ten pound but well worth it xx
