Hi there, I'm looking to buy a 'Gandalf' style pipe as a present. I've found a lovely one on eBay for £32.00, auction. The seller has 0 feedback, and also has 3 more of these pipes on sale... As well as some other random nick nacks. I thought it a little suspicious that they had 4 of these pipes for sale as a 0 feedback eBayer. What do you think?

looks like thet might just be new to ebay. Can you afford to lose the 32 quid?
Chances are that they have only just started out as a seller - we were all zero on feedback at some point - you only get feedback reported when you have a minimum of ten feedbacks from people you've been trading with. (Bear in mind that not everyone leaves feedback too - it does seem impolite since feedback can be the only way I know that someone's received what I've sold to them!) As wood says, it's a risk you take if you don't know anything about them.
Everyone has to start off somewhere.
I think paypal guarantee your money back if you do not receive the item. Check their T&C's.
