I wouldn't touch Alba with a barge pole carrust. Buy a well known reputable make such as Sony, Panasonic, Toshiba etc if you want durability..

But the main thing is the 5 year warranty ... it's only another 10% on top of the value of the item being purchased ... they beat all the big nationals hands down.
If you want to really be stingey get a price from them... then approach John Lewis who will price match the same item, including the extra warranty...
Then go back to R/s and tell them what John Lewis has offered... I know they will better it... it all adds up, and you will probably have the best price in the UK.
