Not really, he's past his best and injury prone

Ledley King would slot in next to John Terry nicely
-- answer removed --
he has not played well for england for the last few games so it would be no loss
The less fitness problems England have the greater their chances of making the Final as it's essential that everyone stays fit and available for every game
doc - where shall we go for the duration of the f tournament? x
Ferdinand injured, King injury prone and John Terry not at his best.......doesn't bode well for England ...does it?

hopefully
Nor radio, nor papers, nor flags on cars - eh doc! I will of course allow laptops
Planet boring it is then
will we get less tv cover if england is knocked out early on (please please please)
Did you hear that the injury is as a result of a tackle by Heskey? Another reason for
people to say that he shouldn't be in the squad.
alanbucko....I think all games are live on terrestrial TV regardless of how far England get
Right doc and alan - you choose - shall I book a charabanc or can we afford space travel?
doc, alan and ttfn - can I come as well please? I absolutely hate footie.
There are plenty of decommissioned nuclear fallout bunkers all you football haters could spend the next 3 weeks in.
Hate isn't a strong enough word for how I feel about the hyperbole let alone the wages they are paid. Certainly tizzi - I think a charabanc would be lovely if the weather holds
Is there such a thing as a footballophobe?

Careful now, we wouldn't wanna offend anyone would we?
Hi joe - I did post a thread to you early this morning - regards!
horses for courses. I guess I felt as apathetic about all the furore leading up to the election as a non-football fan would with the build up to the world cup.
