I have checked the website at length - they are not exactly upfront about promoting this & I wish to make a complaint - please help!

Biscuitboy I came across this prob last year and the best results I got were from customer services on the following number.  Also if you're returning an item make sure you get their freepost address so you don't pay out anything else. They were really helpful; good luck.020 8636 9200.

On this page, there are subject categories for different problems (Browse contact us). When you click on each category, you will then see the option If these links don't answer your question, e-mail us. You can then email them via the site, but it doesn't give you an address as such. Good luck!
