Hello,

My boyfriend bought a T shirt from a Levi's store, only to get it home an realise that the plastic security tag was still on it. Obviously, he can't wear it this way!

The problem is, we live a train journey from the store, do you think they will refund the price of his train ticket when he takes it back to get it removed?

Thanks for your thoughts. x

My friend kicked up merry hell when she had to drive back to John Lewis in Bluewater for something and they paid her petrol. Mind you it was John Lewis and my friend can kick up hell when she wants! Maybe you could arrange to change it by post and get them to pay the postage costs.

I would want the cost's returned as its their fault.
It is shops discretion, but if no joy log onto the levi's website and tell them the situation. they may just sort it their end eith the shop for you.
If the tag was still on it didn't the alarm's go off??
I bought a pair of child's novelty pyjamas in a Sainsbury super store to my horror when I got home the security tag was still on,not detected at check out, all the family pulled my leg about shop lifting but I wasnt amused, eventually we managed to smash it off with a hammer !
