We ordered a microwave from Next on Sunday due to be delivered on Monday. We are still waiting for it. They seem to have changed to a different courier.Anyone else having problems with Next?

Have you had your email to track it? If not I'd ring them. I ordered Friday,arrived Saturday (even though what I ordered was the wrong colour!) Never ordered electrical stuff.My courier is from Hermes,but maybe they use another company for bigger items.

The tracking email just says "order received" We have phoned them 3 times but they just say it will arrive the next day or promise to phone me back which they dont. We've never had Hermes before. Never had any problems before.
It might not be the same for all areas but I know around here next deliver all the parcels to a local lady and she then does the individual deliveries. I don't order from Next online but I am friends with the delivery lady on facebook and regularly see her write comments about how she has too much to do so wont be delivering parcels or doesn't feel well enough to take them out. I'm always shocked that people put up with it.

Thank you milly143.We used to have a local lady but Next have changed to Hermes.
I stiill haven;t got the goods but Next have charged me for them! Thank you redhelen.
Hermes do seem to be having problems.Hope you've got your bras by now.
