North face wear is generally only stocked by outdoor wear specialists - not sure what you have where you live, but places like Blacks, Tiso's etc. Stock will obviously vary depending on what sells in that particular store. If you are willing to by on-line, then your choice will be greater and you may manage to pick up a bargain.

Have you got a TKMaxx near you? They sometimes sell ends of lines of good clothings - I bought a Regatta weatherproof jacket a couple of years ago and found it in TKMaxx a couple of months later, £30 cheaper.

I would only buy North Face from a proper outlet. I wouldn`t buy it from ebay. I`m going to Beijing on Saturday and I could get a stack of fake North Face. It`s copied big time in the Far East. I could bring it home and sell it an nobody would be any the wiser (I wouldn`t though)

Beware of camping shops unless you know exactly what you want. Last time I ventured into a camping shop the senior assistant said,"Ooh, hello, my name's Julian, and this is my friend Sandy. Bona to vader yer dolly old eke".
