Charged for goods at a different price
5 Answers
A friend recently purchased a coat from a small high street outlet at £379 which price was quoted by the shopkeeper. Upon getting the coat home she noticed a price tag £269. I have suggested she takes the coat back ASAP and claims a refund of the difference or failing that the whole cost and give the coat back - it has not been worn at all.
