I wondered if anyone knows the best way to send in a complaint to the Royal Mail. I have looked on their website, which is hopeless. The deliveries in my area have become beyond a joke. We sometimes don't get deliveries for days on end.

Sending a copy to your local newspaper could result In Royal Mail receiving enquiries from the press, which might help them to 'get their act together' quicker than if you're the only one who has complained. (Alternatively, or as well, send a copy to your local councillor).

Thanks for the address. I'll do as you suggest!

You're not in Dundee East, are you Anne? That depot recently introduce a new delivery system that's turned out to be utterly disasterous. It's reckoned that at the start of this week they still have over 100,000 Christmas mail items undelivered!!

No I'm not in Dundee East, but I think this problem is fairly widespread. I had four days's worth of deliveries today all left poking out of my mailbox and soaking wet, one item of which was for my neighbour. It's a nightmare
